While I know that this album released at the end of April, I decided to give myself some time to really listen to this album a few times to get the best feel for it. The time that I’ve taken wasn’t particularly necessary, but I was able to pinpoint my favorite tracks that I’ve listened to the last few weeks without getting sick of, the true test of a song.
Between the time that Tiesto stopped doing his In Search Of Sunrise mixes and when he came out with his Club Life series, I sat anxiously waiting. Some of the ISOS mixes are my favorite EDM albums that I have, but these Club Life albums are in with them now too. Tiesto has nothing short of a perfect track list for this album, including his own tracks, remixes of his own tracks, and tracks produced by other artists, the perfect combination.
Looking at the tracklist, you knew that this album was going to be great. It starts off with a pretty mellow track from Tiesto called Miami, and then into his hit single Chasing Summers, where the album really starts to pick up the pace, grabs you hold, and doesn’t let you go. While the album isn’t full 100% energy, it’s pretty darn close, with just the perfect amount of tracks that let you mellow out for a minute. I have featured my 5 favorite tracks after listening to this album for the last 6 weeks.
