Porter Robinson’s Language Tour to hit Philadelphia’s TLA

Porter Robinsons Language Tour to hit Philadelphias TLA news n1CJd 232x300

This Sunday the young American electronic dance music producer, Porter Robinson, will grace Philadelphia with his presence on a stop off of his Language Tour at The Theatre of Living Arts.

Why is this an event you can not miss if you are in the area? Because its not only Porter Robinson, but Mat Zo, and The M Machine. An all-star lineup if you ask me. With any Porter show the crowd is always in for a treat, and I mean that. His energy is consistently thru the roof. You never know what to expect; he will surprise you, but please you at the same time. When all was said and done, after EDC Las Vegas, I will say that with out a doubt Porter Robinson played one of my favorite sets of the weekend. I can not tell you how many times I heard Internet Friends” by Sunday, but when Porter played it, it was unique, it was something I’ve never heard before but have heard multiple times throughout the weekend. One of the many reasons why the set blew me away and I guarantee you Porter will do the same for Philadelphia.

While only seeing Mat Zo once before, I know he puts on a hell of a show as well. One thing I love about Zo is that he is not only a great DJ but a phenomenal producer. If you haven’t yet, take a minute and listen to The Sky, which is one of his 2012 releases. His tracks offer a unique sound. While the progressive buildup on his tracks are quite euphoric, the drop of the song is what I enjoy most, always on point with his timing.

The Theatre of Living Arts is a great place to see these guys as well; big enough for a memorable show but small enough for a personal experience with the artists.

Tickets are still on sale, but I would not wait much longer as this is expected to be a sold out event. Grab one before it is too late here and don’t forget to check out the Facebook page for this event.
