Tristan Garner is one guy who has really risen up my list of favorite DJs and producers over the past year.  He’s had a string of great releases, and his sets from the Xtra Life parties at the Queen Club on the Champs-Elysees in Paris are consistently original and packed with new bootlegs.  He also has a podcast by the same name that is equally good.

Today, he posted a preview for a new remix of Andain – Turn up the Sound. Andain, the duo of Mavie Marcos and Josh Gabriel (of Gabriel & Dresden), hail from San Francisco, and saw previous success with their song Promises.  The song starts out with the calm, soothing vocals of Mavie, which create a great contrast to the hard-charging French house and electro-rock influences of Tristan.  It could be another classic from the Frenchman, and certainly a better showing than Les Bleus.
