Released on August 1st, Back on Track is the latest EP from Mistakes Music‘s Sebastien Leger featuring two awesome new tracks:  the title track Back on Track and Scarabee. Hailing from Amsterdam, Sebastien delivers sounds that are uniquely his, toeing the line between tech house and techno, in this case with splashes of tropical groove that I’ve found are impossible to listen to and sit still.

While Back on Track is a bit lighter, with hints of tropical mallets and a classically tech house punchy kick drum, Scarabee brings a smooth, deeper groove that’s closer to techno while still showcasing some excellent use of tropical wooden sounds.
