It’s been two years since Markus Schulz enlightened his fans with his third studio album “Do You Dream” and now the highly anticipated fourth album is almost here. “Scream” will be released on August 31st on Armada’s label and you can pre-order on August 17th. You don’t have to wait until then to check out the tracklist, it was released today and is posted below.
Markus had this to say about the production of “Scream”:
When you’re in the studio, deep in production mode on an album, the mind’s eye is forever picturing the reactions that tracks, and particular moments in tracks are going to generate”, says Markus. So in many respects the title ‘Scream’ is also this album’s mission statement. It’s that response, that surge of feeling and emotion I want to come back up off the floor when one of its tracks goes into the CDJ. When it happens, you know all the late hours in the studio, putting the pieces in place, have been worth it!
“Loops & Tings” vs. Ferry Corsten and “Caught” featuring Adina Butar have already took Beatport by storm and I’m sure the rest of this 19track album won’t disappoint. Markus has tons of different and diverse vocalists and I’m sure that his melodies will match.
