North Coast Music Festival is fast approaching, and the after parties are starting to get low on tickets. Some of the best dance music acts in the world will be descending on Chicago, consequently the same weekend Electric Zoo. Regardless, there will be some phenomenal after parties, especially Friday night with Paul Oakenfold, Axwell, Girl Talk, and Midnight Conspiracy all having their own parties. Our personal pic for Friday night will be to head to The Mid to see Axwell.
Given the impending breakup of Swedish House Mafia, my excitement is building to see Axwell, as I have never seen him spin solo. The Mid is the premier spot for dance music in Chicago, and keeps the party going until 4am, so you know that Axwell will surely bring the heat all night. I personlly think that Axwell is the best member of Swedish House Mafia, and has more melodic house tunes than the rest of the group, and am absolutely pumped to see him live.
Make sure you get your tickets sooner rather than later so you aren’t stuck outside The Mid trying to get in!
