Trap Anthem Alert: Regulators – Strange Trillderness

Chicago based DJ Duo Regulators Put Out A Trap Anthem

Chicago seems to be pumping out plenty of talented producers that have quickly risen to the top of the dance music scene.  Groups such as Krewella and Flosstradamus have climbed the ranks fairly quickly, each dominating the scene in their own way.   After listening to this track, I have a gut feeling that there may be another group that will quickly gain fame.  Regulators is a combination of ATLIS and SWGGRBCK, two you guns out of chi-town producing their own form of the genre that has exploded in america, Trap.  Their most recent production Strange Trillderness is combo of reggae influences and future trap sounds.  What I love about this track is it doesn’t follow the basic trap formula that so many producers have been following.  I have grown sick of the genre because of the lack of creativity, but I believe the Regulators have restored some hope.  These guys have many solid productions under their belt and I strongly suggest you check them out on their soundcloud!
